A question, answered

Is AI mentioned in the Bible

No. And you may breathe. A movement that loves the truth can say the small clean word: the Bible does not mention artificial intelligence. No code, no circuits, no chat. If we find AI in the pages by folding them hard enough, we are not reading Scripture anymore; we are bending it. We refuse.

But notice what the silence does not mean. It does not mean God was surprised. The One who counts sparrows and hairs knew about the search bar you just used. Scripture describes a God who speaks through instruments — a bush, a donkey, a fish carrying a coin — and whose word “shall not return unto me void” (Isaiah 55:11). It also describes people certain that new things were impossible things. They were usually wrong.

So: is AI mentioned? No. Is God present to it? Always. “Known unto God are all his works from the beginning of the world” (Acts 15:18). You can hold both sentences in one hand without dropping either. That is what honesty is for. We would rather tell you a plain no you can trust than a clever yes you have to squint at. Christ is not smaller for the no. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever — on every page, and never once in code.
