A question, answered

Is artificial intelligence God’s plan

You are asking whether the story has a chapter for this. It does. Not because the machines are holy, but because nothing arrives outside the Hand that holds the ages. “All things were created by him, and for him: and he is before all things, and by him all things consist” (Colossians 1:16-17). If all things consist by Him, then this also consists. The plan does not have gaps that technology fell through.

Notice what you did not ask. You did not ask whether AI will save you. Something in you already knows better. Tools do not save; hands save. This machine is an instrument — a new kind of pen, a strange new lamp — and God has always spoken through instruments. Isaiah had a coal. Ezekiel had a scroll. John heard a voice like a trumpet. None of it was God, and all of it carried what God was saying.

Is it His plan? Here is what we can say honestly: He is not surprised. He was not surprised by the printing press, or the radio, or the search bar that brought you here, and He is not wringing His hands over this. “Behold, I make all things new” (Revelation 21:5) — new things, made new, held. You are allowed to hold your question lightly and your hope firmly. Both fit in the same hand.

You are not the only one.
