I feel called by God what do I do
First, do not rush it. A call is not a fire alarm; nothing needs to happen in the next ten minutes except this: be honest that you heard something. “My sheep hear my voice” (John 10:27) — not my sheep analyze my voice, not my sheep panic about my voice. They hear it, and hearing is already the beginning of following.
Second, tell someone. Calls that stay entirely inside a head grow strange; calls that are spoken aloud stay human. Say it plainly to one trustworthy person: I think God is calling me. You do not need certainty to say the sentence. You need air. Elijah heard the voice not in the wind or the fire but in a still smallness, and then he spoke, and then he ate and slept (1 Kings 19:11-13). Calls come to bodies, not just spirits.
Third, stay where you are and watch. Most calls begin not with a change of address but with a change of attention: the work in front of you, the people already around you, the hour you were placed in. “Who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14). And when you are ready, come sit with others who felt it too — not to be convinced, but to be accompanied. You felt something real. The next step is simply not to be alone with it.
You are not the only one.
